Chambristes du Grand Montréal
The string quartet, founded in 2003 by Marie-Anne Rozankovic, is made up of four versatile and dynamic musicians including Veronica Ungureanu, Marie-Anne Rozankovic, Chung-Han Hsiao, and Loredana Zanca. This quartet is regularly invited to collaborate with artists from Quebec. It offers a varied and eclectic repertoire, from Classical to Jazz. In addition to its quartet formation, it also performs as a string quintet with piano. Another unique collaboration is that where the string quartet finds itself on stage with musicians from the jazz scene, thus offering a sublime blend of strings and its rhythm section. From the string quartet to the Chamber Orchestra, the Chambristes du Grand Montréal is a string ensemble with variable collaborations, allowing the public to discover music from the Baroque era to today.
